1. Who we are
plus10digital is a web design and development studio based in London, UK. We build custom, brand-focused websites for founders, startups, and established businesses. Our website address is plus10digital.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including your name, company name, email address, project description, and budget range. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider. In addition, we collect usage and analytics data — such as pages visited, interactions, and device and browser information — and, for a sampled portion of visits, a privacy-masked recording of on-page activity, via PostHog (see Section 5).
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and scope potential project work, and we use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may retain your contact details to follow up on an ongoing conversation.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. Our analytics tooling (PostHog) is configured to run cookie-free, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.
5. Third-party services
Our site is hosted on Vercel. We use PostHog for privacy-respecting product analytics and session recording. PostHog data is stored on EU-based servers, requests are proxied through our own domain, form inputs are masked in any session recordings, and session recording is limited to a sample of visits. Any third-party service we integrate with is assessed for GDPR compliance before use.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry and contact details only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting project or ongoing conversation, after which they are deleted. Analytics and session data are retained by PostHog in line with their standard retention periods. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@plus10digital.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
