We helped Peak Form position a China sourcing business on trust rather than price, then built the site to carry it — leading with the people, the on-the-ground teams, and the factory relationships that UK and European buyers are really deciding on.

The story
Sourcing from China is a trust problem before it's a logistics one. A buyer in the UK or Europe is being asked to wire money abroad for goods they can't inspect, to a partner they've never met. Peak Form's founders wanted the site to lead on the two things that actually settle that — credibility, and communication. Above all, real people a buyer can put a name and a face to before anything is committed.
We worked with the founders on what Peak Form should lead with, and the answer was never going to be unit cost. The site commits to it: safe and reliable sourcing, Western managed and China based, with 'not the cheapest, but the safest' stated outright. Buyers self-select, which is the point.
The on-the-ground China teams, the factory relationships, and the EU/US/China footprint are surfaced early rather than buried in an About page. When the whole decision rests on trust, a buyer needs faces and names before a first call — not a credential list.
A dedicated walkthrough covers what happens between first call and delivered goods. Buyers are choosing a way of working as much as a supplier, so how Peak Form actually operates is set out on the page rather than left to a sales conversation.
The outcome
Peak Form now has a site that does the qualifying work before the first call, so enquiries arrive from buyers who already understand the positioning and aren't shopping purely on unit price. The team, the factory relationships, and the process are all visible without anyone having to ask.
