We stepped in as technical partner to Reset, a brand-new contrast therapy studio in Islington: standing up their infrastructure, building a CMS the team runs themselves, and working with their designer and booking provider to get the doors open.

The story
Reset was a brand-new studio with a clear sense of its brand, its energy, and where the founders wanted to take it. What they didn't have was anyone technical. They needed a technical partner as much as they needed a website: someone to translate between the people shaping the brand and the systems it would have to run on.
Before there was a site to design, there was infrastructure to put in place — the connective tissue a new business needs working from day one. We took that groundwork on, so the founders could keep their attention on the studio itself — a space they were building from scratch.
Reset edits its own content — copy, imagery, the things that shift as a new studio finds its rhythm. The editing surface is deliberately narrow: the fields that genuinely change, and nothing that could quietly break a page.
We worked directly with Reset's designer to turn the brand into reusable component styles and page templates. That kept every page consistent as the site grew, and it means new ones assemble from parts that already look right instead of being redesigned each time.
Integrating with the booking platform meant working out with the provider how their calendars and booking pages should meet the site. We joined those calls and meetings alongside the founders, on hand whenever the conversation turned technical.
The outcome
Reset makes its own updates through the CMS, and when a change is bigger than that we take it on ourselves rather than hand it back. Either way the founders' time stays where it's worth most — on making sure the new space serves its customers and the community around it.
